Add a Not Interested Flag to Magic Matrix

A customer has noted it would be useful to be able to flag certain customers as not interested within a Magic Matrix Category. The reason behind this is because some customers may never buy from that category, so rather them be classified as Unaware a Not Interested flag would be useful. This colour could be grey.
