Adding a warning on the Admin Portal when trying to change a users name

If someone is trying to change the name of a user once someone has left the company, there would be a warning that explains the changes that will be made. E.g. all records for the old user with now be the re-named user, not just records made going forward.

    The reason why the customer was changing the name was to avoid updating account managers and recalls.  These can now be done very easily via the admin portal.
