A customer has highlighted a scenario where they may add a note on for a call then happened yesterday, the following day. This automatically assigns todays date. You can then edit the note, and change the date it was posted.
Ideally, having a date in the note to begin with would refint this process. It would still be set to todays date; just adjusable if needed.
Also can we have it so it changes the user that adds the comment as when the rep visits a customer and their assistant fills out the visit notes sometimes a few days later, it looks just like the assistant is doing the visits without putting in the text that it was another user.
