Discount Matrix not visible from Prod Item

In our system, discounts & special pricing are managed by Pegasus Opera.

There is no way to generate a report of the Proditem Table that will show the discount matrix ID assigned to that stock code?

There are many reasons that this is needed. For example, looking at all confirmed quotation for customers where the stock code on the Quote line has a particular discount code in ProdItem.
