Map the new 'Opt-In' flag to CommuniGator's opt-in

Think it's great that we have this flag in 365 now, but would be even better if we could get it to behave the same way the unsubscribe does (as our Email flag unticks if someone unsubscribes from a CommuniGator email). Think we need to do this pretty soon while GDPR is still a hot topic.

    Flint have just said that they would also need this flag to work in this way if they are to start using CommuniGator and the web UI
