Currently the email that is associated with the order in prospect goes into Dear however, Dear doesn't update this field and it usually defaults to the primary (or default) on the Dear side of thing, so we have to rechange the contact to the correct person manually on Dear side
Excuse my lack of familiarity with DEAR, but Is there a specific field in Dear for the email address associated with an Order? Or are you wanting the CRM's contact email to be updated onto the Dear customer account?
