A customer has recently highlighted that they use SMS quite a bit for sales correspondence. It would be fantastic to manage this correspondence through Prospect in order to keep all sales communications in one location.

Would be great to have a text option that would show texts coming from my cell #, where it sends a copy of their text here to log somewhere in here. Maybe as an activity &/or task.
