currently setting tasks to remind us to send a bulk email to those contacts which we can do by exporting the list onto excel. However it is incredibly time consuming to then have to clear each of those contacts of the task individually. Would be great to be able to bulk action update the tasks to cleared.
so painful to go through each task to clear. i am forced to just have reminders in outlook calendar rather than against the actual contact which is what a CRM Is meant for.
