Add warehouse stock availability at quote level rather than showing all stock available

When creating a quote, the stock available currently shows all stock available across all warehouses. We would like it to show just the stock available in the warehouse that was selected in the quote.

This is particularly important for international businesses so you can see what stock is available in warehouses across different territories and prevent over-committing in countries where you don't have stock.
