Enable "remove from campaign activity" as well as "Add to campaign activity" from reports

For example, I ran a report yesterday for customers who have bought our matt black paint but have not bought a brand of vinyl silk black paint. I am looking to promote our new vinyl silk black paint, but those who aren’t purchasing the other vinyl silk black paint are very unlikely to purchase this new product, so I was hoping to remove these contacts from our campaign, but can’t seem to do that (other than manually).
