Duplicate what happens in unleashed. When you create a sales order with a certain customer ( which has been previously set up with a message unique to them) a pop up box appears with text warning you of something. The wording is irrelevant it is more the action of the warning pop up box which I am looking for.
Hi Just coming back to this. Have you tried the urgent notes feature in CRM?
If you also look at this article you can see that it's possible to configure urgent notes to appear as a banner (or even a popup) so I think that does what you're after ... a warning banner for a customer. https://docs.prospect365.com/en/articles/3382338-configuring-urgent-notes
I'm pretty sure this is what has been requested so I'm going to mark this as "already exists". If i've got the wrong end of the stick and this setting doesnt achieve what you're looking for then please come back to me with more details.
This is a great feature in Unleashed. I have asked for the customer reference (customers purchase order number) to also flag when duplicated in Prospect.
