An example of this is every time I create a SO I follow up 10 days later to ensure they received everything and there are no issues. If the system automatically generated this task it would significantly reduce the chances of this being forgotten and ensure other salespeople are also doing it. At the same time, I'm saving a significant amount of time.
Another example would be to create a task for the sales manager to look into an opportunity that has not been closed by the 2-week mark. This can ensure salespeople are not wasting time on bad leads or sometimes a call from the manager can be just the thing to close a sale. (Sales people tend to be bad at asking for help with a close)
We've recently released our first "Automation Flow" which is at the moment limited to just one use case of following up and chasing quotes that have been sent.
