"When declining a quote you get a yellow message box in the quote itself but no other record. It would be great if a note also gets added to the Activity of the Contact or the Lead. Makes it a lot easier to look up and you won’t lose the history if a user later on messes around with the quote. Something simple would be fine “Quote 534073 Declined online by customer”."
