Two way contact sync with DEAR

When a contact is added for an existing customer, this contact should be synced to DEAR.

When a contact is added to DEAR for a company that exists in Prospect CRM the contact should be synced to Prospect CRM.

The sync doesn't need to be immediate or every 15 minutes it could be done once a day.
