Currently you can add people to a campaign activity by going to their contact or going via a report. However, it would be useful to be able to add people to a target contacts list ad-hoc and do this via a quick contact search and then click add. Often internally we need to do this sort of thing when we think of people who should be targeted but did not get picked up by the reports we used.
