Many people need to edit a site who aren't developers (and don't need to be) eg adding a temporary landing page, or an information page like a delivery policy page. The CMS is ridiculously unfriendly and hard to navigate. some simple step-by step documentation on how to add, edit, save, and publish pages would be so simple for you to create, and so valuable.
Additionally a simplification of the publishing process would be very helpful to ensure only the correct changes are being published - eg edit a single page, and publish all associated changes then and there.
