Add re-order feature to CMS Banner Image plugin

When adding new items to the banner image plugin, you can only add to the end of the list. It would be good to have a feature where you can reorder and shuffle them around.

I have had to do this for a list of 7 images and to get them in a specific order is a real manual effort and time consuming.

It might be worth noting that we have this feature on the responsive slider plugin.
