Item Compatibility

We sell a wide range of products that all have different compatibility with one another, some do not work at all together.

A common idea we receive from the team is to add a pop-up/flag when 2 or more products are added to a quotation that are incompatible.


This would be a great help to our entire company and encourage confidence in our quotations.

    This isnt a requirement I've come across before, but I can see why it might be useful for your type of products. If you are interested in persuing this you should contact our services team and consider using our custom validation endpoint to implement your specfic logic. It might (maybe) do what you need...
