Set billing address on quote/ sales order

When creating a new quote/ sales order it would be useful as a user to be able to set the billing address. This should work in the same way that the shipping address can be set. A user should be able to select from one of the available addresses for the company but also be able to search and manually add a billing address.

There are instances where a customer may have multiple billing addresses and this isn't something that the user wants to leave to be updated in the inventory management system.
