Please add a download or a forward button to the new record created in the Enquiries (Preview) screen. This enables us to forward the original form that the customer completed online to an external email address - currently the only way to forward is to send a link of the page which doesn't work for external contacts. You've captured the information. Please make it usable and accessible.
Hi Andrew,
We have international distributors and also UK sales agents that do not use Prospect CRM. So to be able to simply forward the form contents to their email address would be very useful.
We still use Prospect CRM to track the lead but we don���t seem to have a clean method of sharing the information outside of Prospect.

Hi Amy, I'm interested to understand the use case here. Why are you trying to forward these forms on? are you assigning them to a colleague to action?
