Prospect Inbox/Panel for new non directional prospective emails

Emails which are BCC to Prospect with no linking contact within Prospect become void and are lost. Other CRMs incorporate a side panel or inbox to accommodate these emails with no contact link which can then be changed or deleted as the customer relationship changes.
