Need the ability to have multiple custom fields mapped to multiple custom fields in Enquiries that also subsequently mapped to Contacts // Companies if they're converted.
This is a basic feature available on other CRMS (e.g. Zoho)
EXAMPLE USE: we need a field to capture GCLID (Google Ads Click ID) to see if our ads are bringing in quality leads // weed out spam & disqualified leads & see qualified leads vs. converted to customers.
Currently there is one custom field available in Forms but it's not mapped anywhere in Enquiries. When you click on an inquiry entry, it shows the info of that field but you can't select it to show as a column in Enquiries overview.
We've recently added the ability to create custom fields on enquiries, and to map form fields to those custom enquiry fields. Hope that helps!
