Option to automatically Hide 'add to basket' button if product item out of stock

This would be a helpful feature for managing products and preventing customers from adding items to web baskets when out of stock. Ideally it would also state "Item out of stock". Not everyone needs this, so it would be great if it was a system setting or even better a product by product setting, updatable via bulk action.
