Paul Carpenter used the CRM without any run through from me which allowed me to get feedback about how easy it is to pickup without any training. He has suggested that more tool tips are required throughout the system to make it easier to use.
I entirely agree with Paul , Human memory for icon application is as fallible as it gets... tool tips would definitely help , although i would make it possible to turn them off in account preferences, for those who really know what they're doing... similarly , possibly a click for further information function , if the tool tip is not enough of a memory jogger , would make it much easier for newcomers to learn what they're doing
