Prospect to Outlook Calendar Sync Merged

Prospect should have a calendar which talks to outlook. When sales reps are doing their CRM I worked on a fantastic system. When you logged a meeting it went into your outlook as well and the system had its own calendar so you could also put other items on the calendar, At the moment we are doing double work and takes a while to do your diary and CRM, You should be able book appointments and once you the appointment arrives you will then be able to action it and fill it on but what ever you write in that column it also copies in to your outlook diary. I have worked with 2/3 CRMS and this one is probably the one which isn't any use and causes more work Sorry
