The price that is entered on a quote line in the CRM is currently excluding Tax and at the moment there is no way to set this so that the price entered in including tax.
In Australia by law, we need to show how much GST (tax) is applied to the order. We are almost 8 months user of ProspectCRM and we can't use the Quotes and Sales Order feature because of this issue.
Therefore we are unable to get proper reports for our leaderborards, etc.
All our products are inclusive of GST.
Can this be implemented please?
You cannot set the price on a quote to an inclusive price, but you can get the quote table to include the gross value. Would that be useful and at least partially solve your issue?
