Make the column titles scroll down when on a report
When you are on a report the column titles do not stay on the screen when you scroll down. We should make these stay on the screen so it is easy to view a longer report and still know each of the columns.

The only way to achieve this would be to put scroll bars into the report data table which could look quite messy.
This could be more easily on reports in report groups (opened from menu) rather than on reports on detail records.
