CMS - View Basket - Option to output Checkout button at the bottom of the table, or at the top or both

Currently the checkout button is outputted at the top of the basket.

A customer has asked if it is possible to move this to the bottom, as their customers can add a lot of items to there basket, and if they scroll down to check they then need to scroll all the way up to checkout.
