Option to convert children companies to single companies when deleting company group

When deleting a company group from the CRM you have an option to delete the children or to move them to under a new parent. It would be useful to have an option to convert the children to a single company, or alternatively we could have an option as part of the bulk update feature to convert the selected children to companies to single companies.
