Custom fields are available in the Enquiry forms, however these are not able to be passed across to Opportunities/Problems once the Enquiry is converted. It would be good if these custom fields are able to be mapped to other fields to ensure sales people have this information.

You can now configure custom field mappings from enquiry fields to opportunities/problems.

This is a major functional miss from Prospect - we are gathering custom fields info at the point of enquiry, but this info is lost when the enquiry if converted and valuable data is lost. Urgent update required please.
We use Enquiry forms to convert to a new customer/company and making the custom fields (i.e. customer's typed message to us) automatically go across to the newly converted customer is really quite essential! Pease update urgently.
