the system to update all data including parent and child so when its updated in Unleashed it then updates in prospect - currently they dont talk after the first upload resulting and a multitude of data having to be reentered and cross matched

The fact that the system is not talking and updating creates lots of data mistakes and extra work

    Hi Meegan

    Unfortunately it isnt possible to perform a two-way sync of all unleashed customer data at the moment... but the Unleashed team are working on a new API / Event hub to make this sort of thing possbiel in the near future.

    At the moment though, you can turn on limited two-way syncing that will at least synch changes to company names, website, phone etc.
