So that users/admins can see when a record was changed and who changed it. At the moment there is a last updated field but not a log of each field that has been changed, when and by who
Recommend a reply to note feature would be beneficial. As some logs have a lot of notes and some replies to specific notes may be days/weeks apart it would make it easier to trace.
