Activity Note statusflag inconsistent with rest of CRM records

The Activity Note table contains a statusflag but this is labelled "Record State" in the CRM, and doesn't function the same as other statusflags i.e. you have to specify the exact statusflag codes manually as a letter.

This should be a default filter when reporting on this entity, and should function the same as other record, e.g. "Status Flag > is not: deleted/active/etc"
