It is unlikely that we will implement this unless there is a large number of votes. The filtering of records can be handled by the function/zap etc. that receives the web hook call. Adding this filtering into our APIs it likely to have a negative impact on performance and lead to further support requests around edge case scenarios (bulk updates etc.)
