The core Opera pricing procedure does not consider sale pricing for quantity breaks, only the non-sale and single-unit sale prices. Consequentially, neither the CRM nor the e-commerce website will pick up sale prices applied to quantity breaks. They do, however, pick up the sale prices for single units.
This is not a bug, just functionality that has not yet been developed. Support said the sale data appears to be already imported into the CRM; there is just no procedure to handle it for quantity breaks.
