At the moment, you have to manually click to tag in Mailchimp. It would be useful if we could drip feed information from reports we want to tag in Mailchimp to allow customers to make use of automatic workflows in Mailchimp such as:
Recovering Abandoned Carts
Welcoming New Customers
Create Repeat Customers
Promote Cross Sell Opportunities
Recover Lost Customers
Engage Customers Who Have Not Made a Purchase in X Months
The idea with this is to make better use of the overall Mailchimp integration and functionality, rather than just auto sync reports with Mailchimp.
To allow Prospect CRM and Website users sync their databases AND websites, opening up the possibility to make use of the Mailchimp pre-built journeys (the above list is an example).
So the idea is not just to auto sync reports, but to develop the Mailchimp integration so users can actually make better use of the platform. In it's current state, you are limited to manual, static campaigns only.
