Add functionality to support Exchange level rules on CRM General inbox address

When setting up an exchange level rule to forward emails to the CRM General inbox address, the parser will reject these as the Exchange will not change the sender address, so the email will still be from the customer and will fail the check for being a licensed CRM user.

It would be good to improve this by having functionality to do a check for these rules that might be using an exchange forward so that these can be used company-wide. This would mean having a check that would maybe use the recipient and sender combination to confirm that the recipient is a licensed user, and the sender is a contact within the CRM, or perhaps that the recipient domain is a verified domain.

This would enable customers to setup a rule on the exchange that would apply to all users, as well as only being editable by domain admins
