A customer has given feedback that it would be useful to be able to view sales shipments within the CRM so that they could check to see if an order would be dispatched
Please implement this as our sales team needs to have a visibility of what is happening with orders after confirmation as customer always ask them what are the shipment numbers etc.
We've asked for this many times too - it would also be good if tracking data could be associated/imported back to the CRM to allow for dispatch confirmations with tracking info
