Notate which phone number was dialed.

I have it set in the system settings that when you click on the phone icon next to a phone number, the system will pop-up a note or task to be saved. But it if I want to look at that note in the future, it will not tell me which number I dialed. Contacts can have multiple numbers, so it would be helpful if the note would carry over and insert the number I clicked on into that note. See attached screenshot.
