Data Import: import fields via drop down menu – NOT matching field spelling on Excel

Please pass this to management & dev team as you have the worst data importer tool I‘ve ever use:

• CAN’T UPLOAD ACCOUNT MANAGER FIELD
  The template generator has this field below to select but it keeps saying field not recognized when uploading.
  
  * Account Manager Name [[Division.Company.AccountManager.UserName]]
  

• The Data Import Checklist guide then say I must use the Account Manager Email field instead.
  BUT THERE IS NO SUCH FIELD IN THE TEMPLATE GENERATOR. If I use that field in the exact spelling as a column, it also says field not recognized.

• THIS FIELD FAILS RANDOMLY AS IT’S NOT RECOGNIZED IN SOME UPLOADS.
  
  Company Lead Source [[Division.Source]]

• THE INDUSTRY FIELD CAN’T RECOGNIZED A RENAMED ENTRY.
  The entry is Hospitality. If we rename to anything else, it says it’s not in the system.
  
  Industry Description [[Division.StandardIndustry.Description]]
  
  

It took me 2 hours to figure out to make a first successful upload.

One recommendation is to let us select & map the field directly through a drop down menu on Prospect rather than making us trying to match the exact spelling of the fields.

This will save so much time, it always takes me 5-10 mins max on Zoho CRM or other SaaS.

If they can’t do this, why can’t Prospect do it?
