Some profiles have users in more than one timezone and when you set a recall the times get muddled. If someone in Malaysia (GMT+8), for example, sets us a recall for 09/08/23 and doesn't specific a time then it will come through to UK users as 08/08/23 with the time of 17:00. We would expect Malaysia users to set a recall for 09/09 and it come through to the UK users for 09/09 and not apply the offset. Having some functionally to specify the Timezone in which you are setting the recall would help, or maybe having a setting to allow the CRM to work in UTC so then everyone is unifed.
Alternatively we could have a system setting to allow users/admins to select the default time on a recall when a time has not been selected. I believe that this defaults to 0000 at the moment but allowing a user to set this default time to be 0800 for a GMT +8 would mean that when they're assigning a task to somebody in the GMT 0000 this would be for 0000 and would show the same date for both users.
