When equipment items are imported from Unleashed, their commissioned date is set in the CRM. If these equipment items have an expiry being able to automatically set a decommissioned date would allow for useful reporting.
This is for anual payment against a product for subscriptions and extended warrenty's to save a manual input of the sales date plus a fixed term such as 12months. Then these can be reported on to identify and send out a quote in advance of the expiry
