When enabling the two way sync, it will no longer check that the CRM user is an account manager, and instead check that this user is linked to a salesperson in Unleashed, if not, it will not show in the CRM account manager drop down. This is because the user has to exist in Unleashed so it can sync this change, however this is not explained.
