If you are using Pipelines as a workflow, especially with problems, when you reach certain stages you may wish it to be auto assigned to a specific user or pick from a group of users based on how many tasks they have.
e.g. Passed to Accounts -> Authorise Credit could be auto recalled to either the Accounts Administrator or a member of the accounts team.
