Unsaved changes should be highlighted in Report Builder

When making changes to reports in the report builder (i.e. adding/removing columns) there should be a clear message that you have unsaved changes that need saving.

HBS have encountered a possible UX failing where they click "Submit" and wonder why they still need to save the changes.  This would be a good way to counteract this.
