It would be great if the customer can view their quote lines when clicking approve/decline on a quote. They could then make 'changes' to product quantity/ remove products which is then suggested back to the CRM or allow them to be automatically accepted.
The ability to change the quote (Add/remove products or change quantities) is available in various guises as part of our eCommerce suite. If using our CMS eCommerce platform then you can send a quote to the ecommerce site as a basket. Customers then have access to the detail of that quote and (depending on configurations and settings) can update that quote/basket before checking out.
We would consider including more details of the quote in the quote to order workflow but I dont think we're likely to add the ability to edit a quote via this portal. It's intended to be a fairly simple accept/reject and a lot of users wouldnt want customers editing the quote before accepting it.
