Upselling - Recommended linked products should have their own sub-group or sub-totals on quotes

When a 'linked' recommended upsell product is included on a quote, it should have its own subtotals. The Must sell and Upgrade are necessary to be included in the body of the quote table but the Recommended only items should be shown as separate add-ons. The linked product is really useful for a crm user who is unfamiliar with the products when building the quote, but is not always required by the recipient and should be shown as a separate sub total.
