Preserve line breaks on quote description fields

When you are editing the description field on a quote, this can sometimes take up multiple lines, depending on the user's needs. When you are editing these fields, you are allowed to expand the description field so that you can see these line break and the description is better formatted. If you mark a confirmed order status as not editable, then all this information is displayed on one line. This causes the information that has been entered in these boxes to be hard to read and interpret for the user when trying to view information on historical quotes.

Having our description field in the workspace respect the lines breaks that have been entered in it would make the usability of these fields better for our users.
