Bulk import Contacts and add to a Campaign Activity

Is it possible to bulk import an Excel list of Contacts and add them to a Campaign Activity? For instance, when people register for a webinar, we'd like to upload this list and add them to the corresponding Campaign Activity. At the moment, we're having to do this one-by-one manually.
