Two way sync for Company with Cin7 Core/DEAR Inventory
It will be very useful and helpful to customers using Cin7 Core/DEAR Inventory that when they update the company details in either system, the change is reflected in both CRM & Cin7.
I agree with the idea. It would greatly benefit our business and save considerable administrative time by eliminating the need to enter details twice. Some customer data, such as names, may not require frequent updates since they rarely change. However, company contacts often change due to personnel shifts and departures. Regularly syncing this data would significantly enhance our administrative efficiency and ensure that our CRM system effectively maintains up-to-date interactions with customers.
I would agree with this idea. I can understand why some key customer fields might not be synched after the initial data take on - Customer Name for example, is probably a field that isn't going to change frequently and will remain pretty static. However, company contacts do change quite frequently, people move around within companies and they leave companies. There would be a beneficial impact on internal admin to keep this data in synch and accurate, especially for a CRM system that is being used to keep our interaction with our customers effective and up to date.
